Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:
You can return items up to 15 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift cards are non refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item, please send us an email at email@example.com.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Do I have to pay anything for a return?
To return any item purchased at Midnight simply contact a courier service or local post office and send the product back to us at the above address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How will I receive my refund?
Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have confirmed that the returned item/s are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.
What happens if the refunded amount is incorrect?
Should this happen, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
- Store-credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
