Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:

  • Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached
  • Item/s must be returned within 15 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase
  • Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event are only eligible for a store credit. 
  • Gift Cards may not be returned. 
  • Bikini Bottoms: no size exchanges or returns accepted


How to do it

Returns and exchanges are as easy as that:

1. Send us an email at including the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return 
  • If you would like and exchange / store-credit / Refund
  • Only if exchange, what size you would like to have sent back

      2. Pack your return item(s) using the original packing provided. And send it or bring it for free to our store/studio: 

      • La Perla 22, Local 2 
      • 08012, Barcelona

      If you want to bring it personally, first double check our store opening hours.

      3. Once we have received your package, in about a week you will receive your new item exchanged or your refund.

      In the event that we has mistakenly sent an item different to the item requested or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, please contact us at to arrange for a return and/or exchange. Neworder-Midnight shall bear the costs of both shipping and return.



        Do I have to pay anything for a return?
        To return any item purchased at simply contact a courier service or local post office and send the product back to us at the above address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


        How will I receive my refund?
        Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.


        When will I receive my refund?
        Once we have confirmed that the returned item/s are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.


        What happens if the refunded amount is incorrect?
        Should this happen, please contact us at We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


        Other considerations

        • We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe
        • Store-credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
        • Exchanges are subject to item/s availability
        • Neworder-Midnight is not liable for the loss of garments being returned
        • Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
